We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, if you are not satisfied with the initial design delivery, the following refund terms apply:

• Eligibility: You may request a refund within 3 days after receiving the initial design draft, provided the design has not been finalized or approved.
• Conditions: Refunds will only be issued if:
  – The request is made in writing via email within the 3-day window.
  – No final files have been delivered or the project has not proceeded beyond the initial stage.
• Non-Refundable Situations:
  – Once a design has been approved or finalized.
  – If significant revisions or additional work beyond the initial scope have been requested.
  – After 3 days of delivery of the initial design, regardless of communication delays or feedback.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
• Partial Refunds: If work has progressed beyond the initial stage, a partial refund may be considered based on the percentage of work completed, at the discretion of Synexis Innovations.
